How does the rental concept at Four Zones work?
Our Serviced Office concept features private units divided into several office types, with capacities ranging from 1 to 7 people. For larger teams, you can lease multiple rooms based on availability. The rental price is all-inclusive, covering furniture, electricity, Wi-Fi, meeting rooms, pantry, and lounge access. Please note that facilities like the meeting rooms, pantry, lounge, and reception desk are shared with other tenants.
What is the minimum contract period at Four Zones?
- Private Office: Monthly or annual commitment.
- Flexy Desk: Hourly, daily, or monthly access.
- Dedicated Desk: Daily or monthly access.
How are the payment terms?
Payments can be made via monthly installments or full payment upfront, depending on your contract period.
Is parking available?
Vehicle parking is not included in our membership. However, you may register for a parking membership directly with the Building Management according to their terms.
Are building access cards provided?
While access cards are not required to enter the building, a dedicated access card is required for the Four Zones Coworking Space. These are issued upon payment of the rental fee, are valid for the duration of your lease, and are limited to the total number of pax/seats rented.
What are the operational hours?
Our standard hours are Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 18:00. You are welcome to continue working until 19:00; however, please note that the AC is turned off at 18:00. If you require AC after hours, overtime fees will apply as per Building Management regulations.
Is Four Zones accessible 24/7?
No.
What are the requirements to rent at Four Zones?
To finalize your lease, we require the following documents:
- Company legal documents (Articles of Association, SK, NPWP).
- Copy of ID (KTP) and Tax ID (NPWP) of the person in charge.
- Completed activation form.
- Payment of the security deposit and initial rental fee.
